Boutique Hair Salon in Marrickville - With Child Friendly Play Area.
I am a qualified hairdresser with over 20 years experience. After taking a break to have my 2 beautiful children I soon realised how hard it was to get my hair cut and coloured regularly, leaving my hair well overdue and putting myself last as always.
Sometimes I was not able to get anyone to look after my kids whilst I took a couple of hours to have a colour, so I thought how wonderful would it be to have a parent friendly hairdressers?
Of course it would be great to have a child free day to spend time on yourself (and we can certainly accommodate you if you do) but if that is just not possible we welcome children with lots of toys, a playpen, lego table, chalk board, TV and heaps of DVDs. We also have a changing table, highchair and microwave to heat your little ones food if they need feeding during your visit. I will also try and minimise your time in the salon chair as I know your time is precious - (unless of course you have the hubby looking after the kids, in which case, take all the time in the world)
By appointment only I can accommodate all your hair needs, you will still get the salon experience with or without your child, let them run free and play.

Saw Gemma for the first time yesterday & it definitely won't be the last! The colour and new hairstyle she created for me is amazing - it was just what I was after. I had my 2.5yr old with me as well, and the playroom setup is fabulous. So much to keep little ones occupied, making the whole experience totally stress free. Gemma is so patient and great with kids too - nothing is a problem or inconvenience (even when they decide to rearrange the salon!) Can't wait to go back again!

Perfect place to get your hair done by an experienced hairdresser all while your children play near by. My son had a great time and Gemma was so flexible letting him sit on my lap when he wanted to while she did my hair. Her experience is clear and I now have an easy to maintain, natural looking style. Gemma did a fabulous job on my cut and colour. She was very friendly and consulted with me on colour and style of cut for my hair type. There's also a play area set up so you can take your children if needed. I'll definitely be back
